Immigrant Outreach Project

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION/SERVICES

The Immigrant Outreach Project provides information and referral, case management, advocacy, community outreach and training, translation, and other necessary services to ensure the effective access to social service programs by the low-income Central American, Brazilian, Russian, Haitian, and other immigrants/newcomer residents in Framingham.

The project works very closely with the Framingham Resource Center, The Russian Immigrant Outreach Project, and OPAI the SMOC Organization of Portuguese American Immigrants, located in Hudson.

 
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Clients must be income eligible and a Framingham resident.
