| PROGRAM DESCRIPTION/SERVICES |
| Short-term housing program targeted at individuals releasing from Massachusetts institutions to the Framingham, Lawrence and Worcester regions. Individuals receive intensive case management services following housing placement in a sober housing setting. Individuals receive support in job search process and are also referred to other types of services including education, skills training, mental health and substance abuse. |

| Closed referral system with the Massachusetts Parole Board. Referrals are made by parole officers. |
