PROGRAM DESCRIPTION/SERVICES   This is a utility funded program.  You must be recieving the discount electric rate on your bill or be at 60% of median income or below to be eligible.  See chart below.  An Energy Manager will review your electric usage, especially your refrigerator.  If your refrigerator or freezer is a high energy user, your utility company will replace it for free with a new low energy unit.  If you have a water bed mattress, your utility company may repalce it with a regular mattress for free if you choose.  The Energy Manager will bring energy saving light bulbs and water conservation devices and inform you on how you can save on your electric bill.       ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS    Homeowners and Renters may be eligible.  Household Members  Annual Income  1 up to $29,126  2  up to $38,087  3  up to $47,049  4  up to $56,011  5 up to $64,973  6  up to $73,935     CONTACT INFORMATION   Please contact SMOC Energy Services at (866) 397-8478.       PROGRAM LOCATION   South Middlesex Opportunity Council, 300 Howard Street, Framingham, MA  01702       VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES   We are currently looking for office volunteers.       DONATIONS ACCEPTED We are currently not accepting donations.   ANNUAL STATISTICS Click here if you have already had an audit and would like information on your refrigerator order or warranty info for your  refrigerator.  SMOC Energy Services Associated Links Auditor Info
