Economic Development is a division of SMOC that comes under the Housing Corporation. It has as its mission
- Provide individuals access to resources that enable them to become financially self-sufficient and economically independent
- Establish a bridge linking SMOC’s traditional services with a continuum of skills enhancement and career opportunities
