Behavioral Health Services is a component of SMOC that provides Mental health services. It has as its mission: Helping individuals regain and maintain emotional and mental well being. enabling them to live successful happy lives Being a part of SMOC’s vision to have a continuum of care for clients transitioning through many levels of care In carrying out this mission, we treat all people with respect, we empower people to be responsible we consider the whole person, we ensure a safe environment for all, we promote a culturally sensitive workplace, we encourage family and community ties. Our programs include: Addiction Services, Adult Mental Health, Child and Family Services, Community Rehabilitation Services,  Driver Alcohol Services,  Elder Services,  Forensic Services(court involved),  Mental Health Residential
