Ready Willing and Able (RWA)

What is RWA?

RWA is a people focused, temporary staffing agency, run by SMOC.

Is there a need for RWA?

"Day Labor" jobs are often viewed as a last resort by the people we server. RWA is designed to address this issue by providing opportunities that can lead to true self-sufficiency.

What skill sets do RWA workers have?

Most workers have light industrial, janitorial, or entry level office support backgrounds. We do have a limited number of skilled trade and technical candidates available as well.

How do i hire RWA Employees?
