Ready Willing and Able (RWA)

What is RWA?

RWA is a people focused, temporary staffing agency, run by SMOC.

Is there a need for RWA?

"Day Labor" jobs are often viewed as a last resort by many of the people SMOC serves. RWA is designed to address this issue by providing opportunities that can lead to true self sufficiency.

Does RWA run a Cori Check?

Yes, CORI may limit assignment availability, but we will work to place everyone.

What kind of work is available?

Most jobs are light industrial, janitorial, or entry level office support. We do have a limited number of skilled trade and technical opportunities available as well.

How much does RWA pay?

RWA employees are paid a minimum of $10.00 per hour.
